As Construction Project Manager, you oversee operational execution across assigned construction project scopes. You manage site personnel, customer relationships, internal Vallen support, staffed assets, reporting, and billing. The work requires coordination with construction, procurement, health and safety, and materials contacts. Key Responsibilities:
Maximize Vallen’s supplier position across project disciplines Coordinate customer initiatives for assigned construction projects Set up reporting procedures for customers and Vallen departments Manage staffed assets, personnel, training, and improvement activities Control inventory setup, min/max levels, and seasonal changes Requirements:
High School Diploma required Five to seven years of related experience Sales or distribution experience preferred Management experience required Construction or industrial maintenance experience preferred Use construction operations, customer management, inventory control, and reporting expertise to support Vallen’s long-term project scopes.
