Lead underground production at Vale Base Metals’ Creighton Mine in Sudbury, Ontario, with safety and operational performance at the forefront. Work onsite on a permanent 5/4 rotating day and night schedule. As Supervisor, Production, you will improve work team performance through established processes, procedures, and Vale safety standards. You will lead operations, monitor production and quality, coordinate resources, and support maintenance targets. The role requires industrial leadership, strong communication, risk awareness, and Microsoft Office experience. Key Responsibilities:
Lead safe, efficient, cost-effective production and maintenance operations Promote Zero Harm through safety and risk management practices Monitor production, quality, cost, and capital performance Conduct crew line-ups, report incidents, and participate in investigations Coordinate resources, schedules, materials, and work execution Requirements:
Grade 12 education or GED equivalency Minimum three years of industrial leadership experience Underground work experience preferred Microsoft Office Products experience required Strong written, oral, and transparent communication skills Bring underground leadership, safety focus, and production coordination skills to Vale Base Metals’ Creighton Mine team in Sudbury.
