Key Responsibilities:
- Work alongside Journeypersons to accumulate certification hours
- Climb and manage tasks high above the ground
- Inspect and maintain poles, towers, and associated wiring
- Splice and insulate power distribution conductors
- Handle energized work safely using appropriate equipment
Requirements:
- Registered in an Ontario Apprenticeship program
- Hold a valid Driver's License with clear record
- Willingness to travel for site assignments
- Knowledge of safety practices in electrical work
- Open to joining CUSW as a union member
