As a Test Technician in the P&D Test Department, you will support the testing and validation of our innovative products. We're looking for candidates with strong mechanical aptitude, excellent communication skills, and a readiness to adapt. Your efforts will help ensure that our agricultural equipment meets the highest standards for quality and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and execute bench and field tests
- Document and report test data to project teams
- Support development of test procedures and equipment
- Perform required mechanical assembly and adjustments
- Identify improvements for product quality and performance
Requirements:
- Engineering technician diploma in a related field
- Experience with farming equipment is preferred
- Familiarity with Autodesk Inventor or CAD systems
- Strong troubleshooting abilities in mechanical systems
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs when required
