This Finance Manager owns financial reporting, analysis, and core accounting operations. You will oversee close activities, guide revenue recognition, support SaaS KPI reporting, and help strengthen a centralized finance function. The position includes exposure to public company requirements, IFRS 18, and acquisition integration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare timely financial statements compliant with IFRS
- Analyze variances and support senior management decisions
- Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close
- Supervise accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger activities
- Support acquisition integration and develop an integration playbook
Requirements:
- University degree in finance or business preferred
- CA, CPA, or MBA with strong IFRS knowledge
- Seven years of progressive accounting and finance experience
- Understanding of accounting principles, regulations, and reporting standards
- Public company or initial public offering experience highly desirable
