Manage customer collections and account reconciliations as an Accounts Receivable Specialist supporting a client of Vaco by Highspring. The opportunity is available to current Greater Toronto Area residents permitted to work in Canada.
This Accounts Receivable Specialist manages daily invoicing, customer payments, statements, and outstanding balances. The work includes investigating discrepancies, monitoring aging reports, evaluating dealer credit, and maintaining account records. Collaboration spans Sales, Logistics, Order Entry, and the Credit Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage collections and follow up on outstanding customer balances
- Review and initiate daily invoice processing
- Post payments by cheque, EFT, and credit card
- Reconcile accounts and investigate discrepancies
- Monitor aging reports and escalate unresolved collection matters
Requirements:
- Current residence within the Greater Toronto Area
- Permission to work in Canada
- Ability to perform dealer credit evaluations
- Ability to establish dealer credit terms
- Ability to maintain customer account information
