- Process bi-weekly payroll for approximately 105 employees (75 drivers, 30 office/support staff)
- Handle both hourly and salaried payroll processing
- Track driver hours and mileage-based compensation
- Process driver deductions including advances, insurance, fuel, plates, parking, and damage deductions
- Maintain payroll records and employee information
- Resolve employee and driver payroll inquiries
- Process overtime, vacation, sick time, and statutory holiday payments
- Prepare payroll reports and summaries
- Assist with payroll-related reconciliations and documentation
- Support payroll transition from Quick Books Online to ADP
- Prepare inventory and EFS reports as required
About you
- 5+ years of payroll experience
- Experience processing both hourly and salaried payroll
- Strong attention to detail and payroll accuracy
- Ability to work independently in a standalone payroll role
