The Payroll Associate manages payroll for more than 500 employees, supporting accurate, scheduled processing. The work includes payroll inputs, journal entries, reports, special payments, government documentation, employee records, and payroll inquiries. Key Responsibilities:
- Collect hours and calculate accurate payroll inputs
- Process payroll changes, special payments, and statutory calculations
- Prepare journal entries, reports, statements, and pay information
- Complete government documentation and payroll supporting information
- Maintain records and respond to payroll inquiries
Requirements:
- Five-plus years of full-cycle payroll experience
- Experience processing payroll for 500 or more employees
- Multi-provincial payroll experience
- Oracle HCM experience
- Current Greater Toronto Area residence and Canadian work authorization
