Director, Recruitment Services- Finance and Accounting
Our client is looking for a Financial Consultant for a 6-month contract opportunity
About the Opportunity
- Lead complex, end-to-end cash reconciliation processes across multiple systems and entities.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in cash application and AR balances.
- Collaborate with Treasury and Accounting teams to ensure timely and accurate cash postings.
- Design and implement internal controls to strengthen AR processes and mitigate risk.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOX requirements, and audit standards.
- Support internal and external audits by preparing documentation and responding to inquiries.
- Identify inefficiencies in AR workflows and recommend automation or process enhancements.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to streamline cash application and reconciliation procedures.
- Monitor KPIs and develop dashboards to track performance and drive continuous improvement.
About You
- A minimum of 4 years industry experience as SFA
- CPA or working towards designation is highly preferred
- Solid US GAAP expertise with knowledge of financial statement preparation
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail to research and escalate issues
- Understanding of finance processes, internal controls, data requirements and analytical needs
- Experience with Oracle or SAP or EPM application with advanced Excel
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, with ability to work with a variety of people in a team environment
- Solid organizational and time management skills to prioritize competing demands and meet deadlines
- Proven ability to develop and maintain effective relationships
Pay Rate
$45.00/Hour
