About the Opportunity
- Support the full cycle accounting process, including month end close.
- Lead and oversee the preparation of the quarterly and annual consolidated and non-consolidated financial statements, including statement of cash flow and note disclosures in accordance with IFRS for various stakeholders by the stated deadlines.
- Lead and oversee the preparation of multiple statutory annual legal entity financial statements by the stated deadlines.
- Prepare schedules and analyses and provide support for internal and external financial audits.
- Execute internal control procedures and advise on methods to improve procedures.
About You
- Strong working knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
- Full cycle accounting experience.
- Experience in the Real Estate/Property Management industry.
