Nexora is seeking IT Systems Administrators (Mid/Senior level) to join our leading distribution group in North America. We are looking for one or two individuals with solid Windows and Azure operational capabilities.
You will join the IT infrastructure and security team across North America, responsible for daily operations, performance optimization, and L2/L3 technical support of core hybrid cloud environments, as well as foundational support for business-critical services such as Oracle JDE.

Core Responsibilities
- Windows and Identity Systems: Manage and maintain Windows Server, Active Directory (OU/GPO), DNS, and DHCP.
- Azure Hybrid Cloud Operations: Responsible for Azure/Entra resources (virtual machines, VNet/NSG, storage, backup monitoring) and Entra Connect hybrid identity synchronization.
- L2/L3 Technical Upgrades and Troubleshooting: Independently handle complex system events, utilizing Azure Monitor and system logs for root cause analysis (RCA).
- System Maintenance and Disaster Recovery: Responsible for system health monitoring, regular patch upgrades, and backup recovery/disaster recovery drills.
- Cross-Team Collaboration and Peripheral Support: Collaborate with security, network, and database teams to ensure stability of warehouse RF terminals, label printing, and business system integration.
Qualifications
- Experience: Over 6 years of experience as a systems administrator, including more than 4 years of practical operational experience with Microsoft Azure.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Windows Server and Active Directory architecture management. Skilled in operating Microsoft 365 suite (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams). Solid foundational knowledge of networking (IP/subnet, routing basics, firewalls, DNS). Strong PowerShell scripting skills.
- Background: Experience supporting mid-sized to large enterprise environments (1,000–5,000 users) preferred.
- Bonus Points: Familiarity with Linux/Unix devices, Cloudflare (DNS/WAF), basic SQL troubleshooting, or ITIL operational processes.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English (able to seamlessly participate in various technical and non-technical meetings; this position will be a backbone of the entire IT department), French B2 level is a plus.
