Lead, coach, and develop Commercial Lines Field Sales Representatives Execute territory plans for premium, retention, and loss ratio targets Manage agency segmentation, portfolios, and resource allocation Monitor growth, pipeline quality, hit ratios, and profitability Provide market intelligence and regional performance reporting Requirements:
Seven or more years in increasingly responsible P&C insurance roles Leadership experience in property and casualty insurance Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience Significant insurance education, including INS, AU, or CPCU Willingness to pursue recommended insurance education Apply commercial lines leadership, agency management, and performance expertise to support Utica National's regional growth strategy.
