Lead advanced process control projects at ABB using MPC and industrial automation expertise in a hybrid, three-days-per-week work model. Shape smarter process performance. As a senior design authority, you will complete moderate-complexity projects and major-project portions for mining, metals, and cement processes. Your work includes APC strategy development, process optimization, system integration, commissioning, and technical leadership. You will coordinate with customers, suppliers, and multidisciplinary teams while meeting contract, quality, safety, and cybersecurity requirements. Key Responsibilities:
Technically lead APC projects and define execution strategies Analyze processes for optimization, stabilization, and performance improvement Design, test, and commission APC and MPC strategies Integrate solutions with control systems, historians, databases, and OPC servers Support customer site start-up, tuning, stabilization, and benefit validation Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field 10+ years in advanced process control, automation, or optimization Practical knowledge of mining or cement processes Experience implementing, testing, commissioning, and optimizing APC solutions Knowledge of control systems, instrumentation, historians, OPC, and industrial networks Apply your APC, MPC, integration, and technical leadership expertise to ABB projects improving industrial process performance.
