This person builds the solution and works with the business day to day inside a pod. The Solution Architect owns the design and the Engagement Manager owns the schedule, so this seat is focused on building well.
Key Responsibilities
- Build the features.
- Full-stack on AWS and Azure using Claude and other models.
- Work with users.
- Sit with the business day to day and build with them.
- Keep quality up.
- Tests and evaluations on everything that ships.
- Take design direction from the Solution Architect, and flag what the design misses.
Preferred Qualifications
- Some RAG and agent experience, plus exposure to Agentic DevOps tooling (agentic coding tools, eval-driven pipelines).
- Meets the FDE-ready floor (Embedding L3 with AI L3) at day 0.
- Front-end skills.
- Healthcare or higher education exposure.
- AWS AI Practitioner or Azure AI-900 / AI-102.
General Required Skills
- 3 to 5 years building software or AI.
- Python, and AWS or Azure.
- A strong builder who is comfortable working with the business.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
