With over 50 retail stores across the country, Urban Barn is a national retail chain offering high-quality furniture and home décor. Participate in the leadership of an inspiring furniture and home décor store. As a Store Supervisor, you will collaborate with the Manager and Assistant Manager to create a positive working environment for the team and an excellent shopping experience for our customers. Our stores are open 7 days a week, so we are looking for candidates who can work 30-40 hours per week and are available to work a variety of shifts on weekdays, weeknights, and weekends.
What You Will Do:
- Guide customers in their decor choices
- Open, prepare and close the store
- Train and coach team members
- Support operational tasks for stock and merchandising
- Ensure the performance of the store
- Maintain the visual standards and cleanliness of the store
What you Bring:
- At least 2 years of Retail sales experience
- Experience in Customer Service Leadership
- Commitment to a flexible schedule (Open to daytime, evening, and weekend shifts)
- The ability to lift and move loads up to 50 lbs / 23 kg
