As part of a national furniture and home décor retailer, you will collaborate with the Manager and Assistant Manager. The work combines customer décor guidance, operational support, coaching, and visual standards. Candidates need retail sales experience, customer service leadership, and flexible shift availability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create excellent shopping experiences for customers
- Collaborate with store leaders on daily operations
- Coach and train team members

Requirements:
- Minimum two years of retail sales experience

- Flexibility for weekdays, weeknights, and weekends
