In this role, reporting to the Service Manager, your focus will be on executing maintenance plans, diagnosing machine issues, and ensuring smooth operations for our clients. Collaborating with third-party vendors, you will lead installations and respond to service calls, all while maintaining exceptional communication with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance tasks on diverse equipment
- Quickly diagnose and repair issues on-site
- Manage and oversee large installations completely
- Communicate effectively with clients for service updates
- Partner with subcontractors to enhance service quality
Requirements:
- Must have Red Seal Millwright certification
- Hold a clean Class 5 Driver's License
- Strong orientation toward customer satisfaction
- Proven problem-solving ability in challenging environments
- Experience in forestry, mining, or natural resources appreciated
