Lead Upsun’s product-led growth strategy remotely, combining SaaS expertise with funnel optimization across global markets. Own measurable revenue outcomes. As Director, Product-Led Growth, you will report to the Chief Marketing Officer and lead Upsun’s product-led revenue engine. Your work will support Upsun Cloud and Upsun Dispatch across developer recruitment, freemium conversion, expansion, and retention. You will connect Marketing, Product Management, and Engineering to scale self-service experiences internationally. Key Responsibilities:
Own ARR from self-service experiences through retention Build programs supporting acquisition and revenue milestones Define in-product monetization and optimize self-service funnels Refine Product-Led Sales handoffs with enterprise Sales Analyze behavior, intent, churn, onboarding, NPS, and lifetime value Requirements:
Growth leadership experience in PLG SaaS or cloud platforms Experience across Marketing, Product Management, and Engineering Hands-on growth analytics and conversion funnel expertise Understanding of developer workflows, cloud infrastructure, and AI tools Experience scaling revenue across remote international teams Bring product-led growth leadership, commercial judgment, and developer-platform fluency to Upsun’s expanding global revenue engine.
