This full-time position supports sales and production by managing project intake, preparing estimates, and coordinating customer, sales, and design requirements. You will maintain accurate records, prepare quotes, and help projects move smoothly from quote to delivery. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review incoming project requests and enter accurate job details
- Prepare truss package estimates from drawings and specifications
- Generate timely quotes aligned with pricing guidelines
- Coordinate design requests, revisions, and project handoffs
- Convert approved quotes into production orders
Requirements:
- Two or more years in inside sales, estimating, or coordination
- Ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications
- ERP, CRM, and Microsoft Office proficiency
- Experience with trusses, framing, or structural components preferred
- Strong accuracy, organization, communication, and problem-solving skills
