The Upper Grand District School Board offers a non-credit bearing support program before or after the school day. As Literacy and Numeracy Support Instructor, you will help secondary school students develop literacy and numeracy skills. The program supports student achievement and well-being across the UGDSB community. Ontario College of Teachers qualifications will be considered an asset for this existing vacancy. The position runs from October 28, 2026, to November 18, 2026, and remains contingent upon enrollment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support secondary students before or after the school day
- Develop students' literacy skills through program support
- Develop students' numeracy skills through program support
- Deliver non-credit bearing student support sessions
Requirements:
- Ontario College of Teachers qualifications considered an asset
- Availability Mondays and Wednesdays from 3:00 PM to 4:30 PM
