As Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis, you will provide financial expertise, reporting oversight, and guidance on strategic decisions. You will manage planning, forecasting, reporting, financial inquiries, and analyses supporting profitability, efficiencies, and operational metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders to understand key business drivers
- Manage monthly forecasts, annual budgets, and reporting processes
- Review financial and operational results during month-end closing
- Analyze variances and prepare presentations, documentation, and reports

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- CPA or CFA designation required
- Six to ten years' analytical finance experience
- Strong budgeting, forecasting, planning, and financial modeling experience
- Advanced Microsoft Excel modeling skills
