Support regional systems administration and networking for Fairmont Royal York while resolving help desk issues and maintaining hotel technology infrastructure. Participate in regional Technology Services operations.
Reporting to the Regional Director, IT, Central Canada, this administrator supports the Regional Technology Services team. The work includes system administration, networking, workstation hardware, Wi-Fi equipment, backups, and cybersecurity monitoring. Hotel operations understanding is an asset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve regional Colleague Help Desk tickets within service agreements
- Deploy and maintain employee workstation hardware
- Maintain hotel Wi-Fi equipment and functionality
- Review Cortex XDR antivirus logs and resolve issues
- Participate in regional after-hours on-call support
Requirements:
- University degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum three years of system administration and networking experience
- A+ Certification and Microsoft Certified System Engineer certification
- Cisco certification or equivalent experience
- Strong interpersonal skills and team-working ability
