Shape visual communications with Adobe Creative Suite for the University of Toronto’s Faculty of Arts & Science in downtown Toronto. Create polished work across digital and print channels. This six-month, full-time Graphic Design Specialist position supports Communications and Public Affairs. You will develop creative concepts, produce marketing materials, and steward brand and visual identity. The work serves students, faculty, staff, alumni, donors, potential partners, and other stakeholders through campaigns, events, social media, web, and print. Key Responsibilities:
Create graphic designs aligned with objectives, brand guidelines, and accessibility standards Develop production schedules with milestones, deliverables, and reporting Determine technical requirements for design productions and projects Consult clients and liaise with the Brand Hub for approvals Verify collateral follows brand identity and University style guides Requirements:
Advanced College Diploma or equivalent combination of experience Minimum five years of graphic design or communications experience Comprehensive experience with InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator Experience creating campaigns across print, digital, social media, and events Knowledge of AODA and compliant design materials Bring precise production, creative concept development, and brand stewardship to University of Toronto communications in downtown Toronto.
