Key Responsibilities:
- Handle first point of contact user requests through ticketing
- Administer enrollments, reporting, users, and course setup
- Respond to inquiries and escalate issues when needed
- Assist continuing education credit applications across Canada
- Maintain FAQs, knowledge articles, resources, and procedures
Requirements:
- Minimum two years of professional work experience
- Learning management system administration experience
- Strong research, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to write succinctly for different audiences
- Business-level French is preferred
