University of Toronto Scarborough invites applications for a full-time tenure-stream Assistant Professor in Food Studies, starting July 1, 2027. The successful candidate will lead interdisciplinary research related to food, environment, and sustainability, and establish a competitive research program within the Culinaria Research Centre.
