This Teaching Assistant/Demonstrator/Lab Monitor appointment supports Clinical nursing courses during the 2027 Winter Semester. Graduate students in the School of Nursing provide academic support, prepare learning materials, and assist clinical instructors. The work is performed in Ottawa from January 4 through April 30, 2027.
Key Responsibilities:
- Verify completion of student assignments and reports
- Correct assignments and reports for nursing students
- Meet students to explain and review assignments
- Support midterm and final evaluation completion
- Assist clinical instructors with learning-plan preparation
Requirements:
- Graduate student in the School of Nursing
- Valid Registered Nurse license
- Fluent English communication skills
- Availability for the 2027 Winter Semester
- Must be located in Ottawa for work
