Coordinate clinic operations and community outreach at UNB's Institute of Biomedical Engineering in Fredericton, with inventory and patient administration responsibilities.
Reporting to the Director, this full-time, continuing, on-campus position supports two clinics serving more than 45 active cases. You will coordinate patients, clinicians, physicians, psychologists, insurers, funders, and UNB financial staff while managing clinical timelines, shipping, receiving, and communications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate process flow with internal and external agents
- Manage patient relationships, timelines, insurance, and clinical service details
- Order parts and monitor inventory and delivery timelines
- Handle clinic shipping and receiving tasks
- Promote services through educational materials, websites, and social media
Requirements:
- Post-secondary diploma in a relevant field
- Combination of experience and education may be considered
- French skills are an asset
- Availability for full-time, continuing, on-campus work
- Ability to support varying administrative and financial requirements
