The Manager, Event Operations directs food and beverage operations for high-volume events. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead food and beverage service for banquets and conferences
- Manage staffing, coaching, training, and performance reviews
- Oversee event setup, execution, cleanup, and secure closing
- Monitor service standards, guest concerns, and operational compliance
- Coordinate kitchens, facilities, venues, clients, and vendors
Requirements:
- Three or more years supervisory experience in high-volume service
- Diploma or degree in hospitality preferred
- Valid WHMIS, First Aid, and ProServe certifications
- Valid Class 5 Alberta driver's license mandatory
- Experience coordinating deliveries and take-out platforms
