Lead enterprise integrations and DevOps at UBC, applying SDLC and CI/CD expertise. Provide people and technical leadership within Enterprise Automation and Solution Delivery. As Platform Engineering Manager, you will guide core enterprise projects and complex information systems across UBC IT. The role requires integration experience, software development lifecycle knowledge, and leadership across Development and Operations responsibilities. You will direct delivery, maintenance, production support, and service improvements for the EASD portfolio. Key Responsibilities:
Lead scheduling, work assignments, performance reviews, and issue resolution Manage enterprise initiatives involving SDLC and business processes Maintain technology roadmaps for integration projects Direct integration migration, deployment, testing, and quality assurance Monitor Jira and ServiceNow queues and service obligations Requirements:
Undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline Minimum nine years of related experience or equivalent Technical expertise in a highly specialized area Experience with integration systems and processes Experience leading Development and Operations teams Bring enterprise integration leadership, CI/CD expertise, and team management skills to UBC Information Technology’s EASD.
