The Office of the Registrar is hiring a full-time, two-year temporary Manager, Enrolment Systems and Planning. This leadership role supports higher education recruitment, admissions, and enrollment management operations. You will guide functional analysts, advise stakeholders, and connect business needs with Slate, PeopleSoft Campus Solutions, and enterprise application services. Key Responsibilities:
Provide leadership for recruitment, admissions, and enrollment system operations Create, design, and deploy Slate and Campus Solutions functionality Analyze stakeholder needs and recommend business or technology solutions Oversee application service provider services, upgrades, and new development Build productive relationships with service partners across assigned areas Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business management or computing science Five years’ leadership experience in a similar complex organization Post-secondary experience is preferred Knowledge of change management methodologies, principles, and tools Extensive undergraduate and graduate admissions systems knowledge Bring higher education systems expertise, stakeholder communication, and change leadership to the University of Alberta Registrar’s Office.
