The Office of the Registrar at the University of Alberta is seeking a strategic, solutions-oriented Manager, Enrolment Systems & Planning for a full-time, two-year temporary position.
This role bridges the gap between technical infrastructure and higher education business operations.
The Manager will lead a team of 8–10 Functional Analysts, guiding cyclical operational activities, system and process implementations, enhancements, focused on recruitment, admissions, and enrolment management systems.
In this role, you will provide leadership in creating, designing, and deploying Slate and Campus Solutions related functionality.
You will serve as a key advisor to leaders in the Office of the Registrar, Graduate and Postdoctoral Studies, and partners across campus.
You will analyze business needs, mitigate risks, and design continuous improvement strategies.
This role requires a systems thinker with exceptional leadership and communication skills and a demonstrated ability to foster collaboration, coach talent, and navigate dynamic stakeholder priorities.
