University Hospitals of Leicester NHS Trust is seeking a Staff Nurse to assess, plan, implement and evaluate evidence-based nursing care for patients within the community setting. Based in the community, you will drive to patients' homes, provide high-quality nursing support, supervise junior staff, and work with the MDT to meet individual needs while upholding NMC standards and IPC guidelines.
Ideally renal or community experience is preferred, and you should be able to work autonomously.
