Join the University Health Network's People & Culture team as a Business Intelligence Developer focusing on Power BI. In this permanent full-time role at the Princess Margaret Cancer Centre, you will design, build, and support dashboards and reports, acting as a critical link between P&C and the Enterprise Data Team. Your work will directly influence data models and reporting for one of Canada's largest health networks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports
- Liaise with P&C and the Enterprise Data Team daily
- Gather reporting requirements for HRIS transformation
- Validate analytical endpoints meet P&C needs
Requirements:
- Bachelor's in HR, Business Management, or related field
- 2-3 years Power BI dashboard experience
- Strong skills in DAX and Power BI architecture
- Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric and reporting models
- Experience with Workday and/or UKG is a plus
