This talent pool supports Medical Imaging's Interventional Radiology department at UHN. Technologists perform procedures with advanced systems, coordinate daily schedules, and prioritize emergency or add-on cases. The multidisciplinary team includes nurses, technologists, radiologists, surgeons, and anesthetists.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform Interventional Radiology procedures using advanced systems and equipment
- Provide exceptional care to patients, families, and caregivers
- Communicate effectively with inter-professional and multidisciplinary teams
- Coordinate schedules and prioritize emergency or add-on cases
- Participate in teaching, mentoring, and professional development
Requirements:
- CMRITO registration
- CAMRT registration preferred
- Current BCLS Level II certification
- Hospital technologist experience considered an asset
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
