This Field Service Technician II position maintains rental and customer-owned equipment in safe, professional conditions. You will complete repairs, manage work orders, assist with equipment delivery, and provide exceptional customer service. Training lower-level technicians may also be required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Travel to customer sites for equipment maintenance
- Perform safe repairs across complex equipment systems
- Complete electronic work orders every day

Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent qualification
- One to two years equipment repair experience
- Trade school graduation may satisfy experience requirements
- Strong engine knowledge and mechanical background
- Verbal, written, teamwork, and customer service skills
