You will connect Unit4 solutions with customer needs through sales execution, solution design, proposals, and delivery coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop strategies promoting Success4U and driving service bookings
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within assigned territories
- Assess customer needs, pain points, and desired outcomes
- Tailor support packages with Professional Services and Customer Support
- Negotiate contracts, service levels, and agreed deliverables
