We are seeking a Compliance & Operations Specialist to manage governance, audit readiness, and contract reviews. You will evaluate client MSAs, coordinate audits, lead client discussions on HR and finance workflows, and provide compliance guidance to internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Review and track client agreements, MSAs, and statements of work for compliance.
- Coordinate internal and external audit cycles, assemble documentation, and manage remediation plans.
- Act as the point of contact for clients on HR, payroll, and finance operational processes.
- Guide internal teams and external partners on regulatory compliance and standard operating procedures.
- Identify operational gaps and maintain compliance documentation and audit trails.
Qualifications
- Experience in operational compliance, audit management, or contract administration.
- Experience reviewing commercial agreements, MSAs, and service contracts.
- Knowledge of HR operational practices, labor compliance, and basic financial workflows.
- Experience preparing for and managing client or regulatory audits.
- Clear communication skills for client-facing discussions and cross-functional guidance.
This is a hybrid position with 3 days a week in office.
