As a Customer Development Representative, you will increase sales across a dedicated market territory. You will work with Customer Service to develop market-share strategies while building on current customer partnerships. The position includes facility needs analyses, presentations, and sales activity targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify additional products, services, and solutions for existing clients
- Leverage current UniFirst customer partnerships to increase account sales
- Develop market-share strategies with the Customer Service team
- Conduct presentation meetings with potential clients when needed
- Complete weekly activity, analysis, presentation, and sales targets
Requirements:
- High school diploma required
- Bachelor's or associate's degree preferred
- Proficiency with mobile technology and Microsoft Office Suite
- Proficiency with CRM software
- Outside business-to-business or route sales experience preferred
