Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor entrances, exits, sales floors, and designated areas
- Conduct patrols and maintain a visible professional presence
- Identify and report suspicious behaviour under established protocols
- Welcome customers courteously and provide assistance when required
- Complete logs, reports, and incident documentation accurately
Requirements:
- Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence
- Excellent observation, communication, and customer service skills
- Strong situational awareness throughout the assigned shift
- Ability to de-escalate conflicts safely and professionally
- Monday-to-Friday availability and reliable attendance
