At Lincoln Alexander Centre, you will create safe, nurturing, inclusive environments for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers. Plan, implement, and document developmentally appropriate programs reflecting children's interests and needs. Apply How Does Learning Happen? while supporting routines, supervision, well-being, and family communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan developmentally appropriate activities supporting cognitive, physical, social, emotional development
- Implement and document full-day play-based learning experiences
- Ensure children's health, safety, supervision, and overall well-being
- Maintain inclusive environments supporting exploration and belonging
- Collaborate on routines and positive behaviour guidance
Requirements:
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education
- Good standing with the College of ECE
- Standard First Aid with CPR Level C
- Satisfactory Vulnerable Sector Police Check
- Experience planning programs for infant, toddler, preschool children
