As Manager, Remote Member Services, you will guide a high-performing team within UCU's Service Anywhere model.
You will strengthen member relationships through financial guidance, digital solutions, sales, and service.
The role reports to the Manager, Virtual Branch & Business Services.
Key Responsibilities
- Coach, develop, and manage a high-performing member-services team
- Oversee daily operations, service quality, and first-contact resolution
- Identify financial needs and promote appropriate member solutions
- Optimize CRM, omnichannel technologies, and Interactive Teller Machines
- Collaborate across UCU on growth, compliance, and service delivery
Requirements
- Three to five years managing an on-site contact centre
- Banking or financial-services experience preferred
- Post-secondary education in business, finance, management, or related field
- Knowledge of financial products, member relationships, and operational risk
- Experience with performance management, quality assurance, CRM, and digital technologies
