The Business Accounting Specialist provides leadership across financial, transactional, administrative, and business-control functions. You will connect customer transactions, inventory, costing, pricing, and reporting with physical business activities. The role partners with Operations and Commercial leadership while supporting reliable decisions and visibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage receivables, payables, payments, invoices, expenses, and reconciliations
- Resolve open orders, receipts, transfers, returns, credits, and exceptions
- Reconcile inventory, valuation, costing, adjustments, aging, and variances
- Prepare commercial analysis and weekly or monthly management reporting
- Improve ERP utilization, internal controls, processes, and data quality
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in accounting, finance, business, or agribusiness
- Progressive finance, accounting, inventory, or business administration experience
- Strong receivables, payables, reconciliation, and reporting capability
- Strong Microsoft Excel and ERP or accounting systems experience
- Analytical, organized, communicative, and problem-solving approach
