Shape global player communities for Assassin’s Creed through strategic engagement, player communications, and feedback cycles at Ubisoft. International collaboration supports this global community leadership position. As Senior Community Developer, you will lead strategies that support player retention inside and outside Ubisoft games. You will establish communities, guide communication plans, and maintain best practices across distributed international teams. The work connects Production, Publishing, marketing, social media, and live teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop community plans supporting Production objectives and marketing strategies
- Coordinate global messaging, activities, and initiatives across departments
- Create player content including blogs, podcasts, interviews, and infographics
- Represent assigned brands through events and player communications
- Shape feedback cycles influencing game experiences and retention
Requirements:
- Extensive online community management and strategic planning experience
- Extensive gaming industry experience across platforms, genres, and AAA launches
- Extensive knowledge of social media platforms
- Experience managing demanding Production environments and stakeholders
