You will diagnose performance gaps, design data-backed solutions, drive product adoption, and advise merchant partners. The role emphasizes operational efficiency, customer experience, financial health, and revenue support. Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose merchant performance gaps and recommend Uber-backed solutions Track defect rate, uptime, and fulfillment speed metrics Monitor dashboards and prepare quarterly business reviews Drive adoption of Uber’s product suite and pilot programs Identify at-risk storefronts and develop retention plans Requirements:
At least four years of full-time experience Bachelor’s degree Experience in B2B operations or client-facing roles Proficiency in SQL and performance data interpretation Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills Use operational expertise, SQL, and merchant insights to improve delivery performance and support Uber’s global partners.
