Key Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming calls and provide policy and permit information
- Record calls and assist with customer complaints and inquiries
- Dispatch Equipment Operators to appropriate plow routes
- Monitor operators during storms through radio and AVL systems
- Report breakdowns and initiate emergency response procedures
Requirements
- High school completion and four years office management experience
- Strong Windows, internet, word processing, spreadsheet, and email skills
- Knowledge of the geographical base and emergency response locations
- Accurate work, mathematical aptitude, and organizational skills
