You will prepare venues, transport food and equipment across campus, and assist organizers and guests during functions. The work requires a valid BC driver's license, communication skills, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and reset tables, chairs, furnishings, and service settings
- Load, drive, and unload food, beverages, supplies, and equipment
- Operate audio visual and public address systems
- Monitor venues and assist conference organizers and attendees
- Maintain delivery records, vehicle logs, and inventory counts
Requirements:
- High school graduation and valid BC driver's license
- Ability to lift 30 kg
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Availability for flexible mornings, evenings, graveyards, weekends, and holidays
