Finance, transactions et analyse financière structurent ce poste de chef de projets Fusions-Acquisitions chez UAP. Le travail s’effectue avec des clients internes partout au Canada. Ce rôle de gestion de projet piloté par la finance demande une expertise en analyse financière, comptabilité, transactions et business cases. Vous planifierez, coordonnerez, exécuterez et soutiendrez les projets de fusion-acquisition. Vous traduirez les questions complexes en actions concrètes.
Responsabilités clés:
- Planifier les projets de fusions et acquisitions
- Gérer le cycle complet des transactions
- Piloter budgets, indicateurs financiers, risques et calendriers
- Coordonner les équipes multidisciplinaires et comités de gouvernance
- Produire rapports, tableaux de bord et analyses d’écarts
Exigences:
- Baccalauréat ou équivalent
- Minimum de dix années d’expérience pertinente
- Expérience en gestion de projets
- Certification PMP, atout majeur
- Excellente maîtrise d’Excel et communication bilingue
