Support U-Haul customers from the Edmonton office using reservation management, customer service, and equipment distribution skills. This is a full-time, in-office position.
As a Reservation Manager Agent, you will support customers, field team members, and U-Haul dealerships. Working under the Traffic Control Manager, you will place reservations, distribute equipment, and help maintain accurate availability. The position requires office equipment knowledge and strong multitasking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with calls from and to customers
- Manage equipment and reservation placement for dealerships
- Direct equipment according to demand and productivity status
- Review reports supporting reservations, contracts, and equipment availability
- Assist with U-Box portable storage products
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Working knowledge of multiline phones and office equipment
- Professional phone etiquette, Word, and email knowledge
- Proficiency in customer service and time management
- Ability to multitask effectively
