Facilitate opportunity assessments and strategic pursuit workshops Research projects, clients, risks, competitors, and decision makers Activate pre-positioning and partner engagement after Go decisions Coordinate pursuit schedules, action logs, deliverables, and intelligence Shape winning stories, solutions, proofs, and team strategy Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline 10+ years of relevant proposal, capture, or business development experience Demonstrated success managing complex capture planning processes Understanding of Design-Build and other infrastructure delivery models Ability to influence without authority and manage deadlines Bring strategic thinking, competitive analysis, and infrastructure knowledge to TYLin’s major pursuits and long-term growth objectives.
