We're VC backed, growing like crazy, and searching for a great Customer Success Project Manager to help our customers achieve their goals while helping TwinThread profitably grow.
Location: Halifax, Nova Scotia preferred; flexible for the right candidate.

Daily Responsibilities Include:
- Manage all customer success projects including:
- Maintain project schedules, both initial and ongoing
- Work Breakdown
- Backlog Management
- Customer Coordination
- Internal team communications
- Risk Mitigation
- Status Updates
- Escalations
- Develop templates and best practices to ensure the best, most rapid results
Required Experience:
- 10+ years of high tech project management experience
- PMP certified
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher
- Strong analytical skills
Ideal Experience:
- Experience with industrial automation or machine learning solutions
- Experience project managing SAAS projects
